    With expertise in ground up, renovation and historic commercial, retail and hospitality, we love challenging, unique and sustainably driven projects. From concept and design through permitting and construction, we will guide the project and team to completion.

  • Project Management

    Have a designer you like but need a little extra horsepower on management and documentation? We can join your team in an Executive Architect or Project Management role.

  • Consulting Architect

    For when you only need a little, we offer à la carte services included enclosure/building envelope design, code analysis and interpretations, or just help with a tricky detail that needs some out of the box thinking.

  • Project Review

    We include peer reviews as a standard procedure in all commercial projects and offer the same service to our clients and peers, even when we're not on the team.

  • Art Installation Consulting

    JM|A+D has substantial experience with the collaboration and design of structures and installation concepts for large scale art. We are happy to lend our technical expertise on projects of any size.

  • Construction Management

    Construction is a team sport, but it can get rough out there. We don't mind rolling up our sleeves on a job site to get the work done.
